Delivery information

How is my turf delivered?

Most of our deliveries are delivered by a pallet courier however it’s possible that your delivery could be made on a larger vehicle such as an artic. If access or other restrictions prevent vehicles above a certain size reaching your address, or there are other offloading or parking restrictions which could affect the delivery, please let us know when you place your order so that special arrangements can be made. To offload the pallet, the surface must be flat and level. Turf can be very heavy, so the driver cannot push or pull goods on a slope or uneven surface. Because the pallet trolley has small wheels, pallets cannot be delivered onto soil, grass or gravel – a tarmac or paved surface is required.

What do I do with the pallets?

Pallets can be saved or disposed, this is up to you as they are now yours.

What if I am out during delivery?

You don't have to worry about being in when your turf is delivered as you pay on order and if pre-arranged our driver can leave the turf on your driveway for you (providing this is easily accessible and hard standing).

When can I get my turf delivered?

We strongly advise you order your turf to be delivered the day you intent to lay it. We can deliver Tuesday to Friday and a delivery time block can be requested on checkout.

What if my delivery is late?

Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions) deliveries can be delayed. If this happens we will do our best to make sure that we contact you to let you know what is happening.
