Delivery Information

Most of our deliveries are delivered by a pallet courier however it’s possible that your delivery could be made on a larger vehicle such as an artic. If access or other restrictions prevent vehicles above a certain size reaching your address, or there are other offloading or parking restrictions which could affect the delivery, please let us know when you place your order so that special arrangements can be made. To offload the pallet, the surface must be flat and level. Turf can be very heavy, so the driver cannot push or pull goods on a slope or uneven surface. Because the pallet trolley has small wheels, pallets cannot be delivered onto soil, grass or gravel – a tarmac or paved surface is required. To see all delivery information please click here.
